Not enough: American diet is low in in these ingredients. Carrots, cabbage, radishes have small amt.

Thiocyanate: Yes both chemicals are in onions and garlic and are highly beneficial.

Cyanates: Cyanates are in apple and peach seeds, etc. You would not be eating pits in large quantities, though. Thiocyanates are in cabbage family veggies like broccoli and cauliflower. These are not harmful to you though.
