How do i know if im going through menopause?

Cycles: By definition, menopause is going a full year without a period. The symptoms of menopause (hot flushes etc) may start early and may extend after the cycles stop. It varies tremendously for each person. My book "A Woman's Guide to Hormone Health" details both symptoms and treatment options.
