Sinusitis: Sinusitis symptoms can be nasal congestion, sinus pressure, facial pain, nasal discharge, tooth pain, fever. One does not have to get all those symptoms but usually it is a combination of most of those. Facial pain only can be caused by other reasons as well. One common cause when it is the only isolated symptom is myofascial pain or facial muscle pain.
