MANY: There is no specific symptom but here are some: bleeding, fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain, vomiting blood, blood per rectum, black stools to name a few.

See below: Lightheadedness, pale color, nausea, black tarry stools, maroon stools and bright red blood in the stool are symptoms of GI bleeding. Abdominal pain may or may not be present. Severe bleeding is usually associated with an increase in bowel movement frequency along with the above.
