Stop Ibuprofen: I'm not clear on your situation. Did you bleed while on Ibuprofen or are you now taking Ibuprofen after having bled. In either case, you need to chat w/your doctor to determine whether the benefits outweigh the risks. In other words, why did you or are you taking ibuprofen. Do you still need it? Is there an alternative for you? Perhaps add a ppi like Omeprazole to your regimen might decrease risk.

Stop ibuprofen: You should stop taking Ibuprofen and see you doctor for further evaluation to determine the severity and cause of bleeding.

Depends: You need to make sure you do not have active hpylori infection and if you do that should be treated. Afterwards you will need to weight the risks of rebreeding with nsaids (lower if hpylori treated) and the benefits of the nsaids. If it is something you must use, then consider a acid-reducer like omeprazole.
