When i try to take a deep breath it feels like something is stopping/blocking me from the middle of my chest to my throat. i have had a chest x-ray?

Depends when occurs.: The limitation can be during exercise and this could be asthma. You may need to see a pulmonary md for pft and exercise pft as well. If cxr ok and no other symptoms then need to reproduce when the symptoms occur. Need a good physical exam.
