Need more evaluation: Sex drive issues in women can be very complex. First see your gyn or primary doctor to make sure all your hormone levels are ok and that there is nothing physically causing it . Some patients on long term pain medication can have low testosterone which may be a cause. Also, patients with chronic pain are prone to depression which can contribute. Medications may also be a cause. Get well.
