Just got back from 4 days in bali, have really bad diarrhea (1 full day and counting). had a 99.7 fever which is now gone. thoughts?

Stomach flue maybe: There is no actual medication for this, just palliative hydration and waiting. I like homeopathy very much, and i would take arsenicum album 9 or 12c every time there is a loose stool. It should work fast. Another possible remedy is cinchona. If you find only 30c, take it once/day. Stop when better.

See MD: T 99.7 is an elevated temperature not a "fever" (variously defined but often > 101f). For travel diarrhea consider seeing your primary md for evaluation including possible stool tests.
