Back pain: Tyler although i cannot tell you what your back pain is from, i can tell you that kidney damage from anti inflammatory rx such as advil (ibuprofen) is painless. If you take advil (ibuprofen) on a daily basis, it is reasonable to have blood work checked through your md 1-2 x a year.
