PH by echo w/ resting pressure @ 40, slight sleep apnea, treated mild asthma, BP 130/90, 78% TLC/PFT, 9 min treadmill stress test, doc says lower BP will help PH but no reason for RHC, SOB on exertion and resting for years. Clear lungs. Recommend???
I had an echo done in may says likely pulmanary hypertension , a lung doctor says no, a cardio doctor says no pH and all stress t levels 7.9 to 6.0.
