I stopped tylenol (acetaminophen) cause it was making me real nauseous but now i've noticed some of the weird pains i was getting are gone now, any connection?

May be: It was a reaction to the tylenol (acetaminophen) of one of its contents, or interaction between the tylenol (acetaminophen) and one of the other meds your taking.
