If on depo, how long will it take for a home pregnancy test show positive? i do not have a period. i know i'm not likely pregnant, but just in case.

Never: It is unlikely that you would get pregnant while on depo-provera injections. Remember that Depo-Provera only prevents pregnancy, not std's so using a secondary method like condoms is advised.
