UPJ obstruction: Ureteropelvic junction obstruction, blockage between kidney ; bladder iusually congenital. Question why u need ct scan! likely diagnosed by ultrasound. U have had it all your life ; only indication for surgical correction (open or laparoscopic pyeloplasty) is significant kidney pain especially after high fluid intake.Confirmatory test woukl be a mag3 nuclear scan demonstrating significant blockage.
