See ENT or Allergist: If your nose has been "stopped up" for 3 to 4 months and you are not taking over the counter nasal sprays, i would see an ENT doctor for a specific nasal diagnosis and treatment or an allergist to rule out allergic rhinitis and receive specific allergy treatment.
