33/f at healthy weight and good diet, but have hi bp since short order of prednisone (been off it over 1 mo). what could this be? never had hi bp b4.

Bp: Prednisone is a steroid and hence BP can elevate due to activation i the renin angiotensin system( retention of h20 and sodium) it should return to baseline in soon unless your clinical condition has changed.
