Hospital or doctor: The symptoms you are experiencing is something to not ignore. It may kidney stones which have nausea back spasms, soreness to name a few symptoms. If so, it require medical intervention. If kidney stones are not the issue, nausea and severe pain is your body's way of saying something is not right and your body needs help.
