Probably viral: I would wait a few days and take off of work. Get plenty of rest, eat well and stay hydrated.

Probable viral....: Your symptoms sound like there is a viral etiology. This typically resolves on its own over several days. If your symptoms worsen or it does not resolve after a week, then see your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
