MegaDentist: I have trouble with megadentists who do not refer to specialists but instead try to do too much, especially in one visit. No wonder you hurt. If pain does not resolve in just a few days, seek help.

Unknown: You've had a lot of treatment completed all in one visit. It can be reasonably expected that you would be in pain. From the gums? From the teeth? Hard to tell over the internet. Take your pain meds (if you have) or take some otc pain meds an call your dentist for further guidance.

RCT before crowns: Most crowns do not need root canals. If a tooth is infected or nerve is inflamed, root canal treatment (RCT) always performed before placing a crown.
