REALLY STUCK: You are likely having liquid stools going around a giant solid log of poop. Start by doing a MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) clean out on the weekend. Put MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) into everything you drink until you poop clear. Then, the important thing is to not let it happen again. Stool softeners are pretty useless to actually "soften" stool. Titrate MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) every other day, or daily to avoid hard rocks. Drink more water, eat veg!
