Doubt any: High testosterone levels in a normally-functioning young man probably mean nothing, perhaps a personal variant in the amount of the binding protein. I am most concerned about your pituitary adenoma, which as a prolactin-producer is likely to affect your libido independent of your testosterone levels. Adrenal tumors can produce other androgens but seldom testosterone.
