In what percent (roughly) hydrocele (at adults) can cure by it self? mine appeared after a classic direct inguinal hernia operation 2.5 months ago.

Hydroceles: Congenital hydroceles that have been present since birth don't "heal"; require surgery; although small non symptomatic hydroceles can be safely watched. Postop hydrocele rx however depends on the cause. Normal post-op swelling/fluid around the testicle ; in the scrotum often absorbs over time. However a retained portion of a hernia sac that fills with fluid may require repeat surgery see your md.
