See Your Doc: These are unusal symptoms for a 22 y/o. Concerns would be an infection either viral or bacterial infection affecting the lungs and heart, a spontaneous collapse of a lung or a pulmonary embolus. You probably can expect to have a chest x-ray and ekg as well as some blood work. I would not waste any time seeing a doc if symptoms are not getting better.
