BP control?: Is your BP controlled with this regimen? There are plenty of anti-htn meds out there that you could try and see if you feel better with them. What you are feeling however might not be related to your medication. I would recommend seeing your doctor to review all of this.

Dyspnea: I would confirm with your pcp or cardiologist that you are on the right dose and correct medication. Just an aside, Diltiazem causes constipation which can lead to shortness of breath as well. Bottom line, follow up with your doctor for re-evaluation.
