Caution: Any oral approach to testosterone replacement therapy (trt) should be considered risky. While the idea of sublingual absorption is the thinking behind troches, the fact is oral ingestion and first pass liver effect is a distinct possibility. Transdermal trt should be considered safer. Other approaches considered safe, but less mainstream would be testosterone pellet insertion.
