You may have PID: Pain and spotting with sex frequently is caused by pelvic inflammatory disease (pid). This usually is from chlamydia which has not been treated. Pid is infection and inflammation of the lining of the uterus (endometrium) and the fallopian tubes. 80% of women do not have symptoms with early chlamydia infections. Use condoms and get frequent testing for stds. Go get tested and treated now.
