Not sure: There is no relationship between a loud nose and chronic rhinitis. A loud noise directly affects the inner and middle ear structures. Depending on the intensity of the noise, for example, greater than 85 decibels, the inner ear can be damaged, especially in the high pitches. See an ENT doc to make sure you do not have any fluid in the middle ear and that your hearing in the high freq. Are ok.
