If i had an autoimmune disease now would i be getting sick more often than usual? i barely ever get sick and never take meds. i feel healthy. am i ok?

Yes: If you feel healthy, i don't understand what you mean by having an autoimmune disease. Do you mean that they found some auto-antibodies in your blood tests? If so, why were the tests ordered in the first place? Even if auto-antibodies were present, it does not necessarily lead to disease.
