Withdrawal: Yes you can. Even if done correctly there is a chance of getting pregnant from small numbers of sperm that may be in pre-ejaculate. Also it takes a lot of self control on the man's part to withdraw just before ejaculation.

YES!!!: To get pregnant, sperm needs to enter your vagina during or around the time you are ovulating. At times, there is the rare chance that "pre ejaculate" or "pre-cum as a slang" has some sperm cells in it, so please do not rely on the Pull-out method for Birth Control!
