Chronic fatigue: Hopefully this diagnosis was made by a knowledgeable doctor based upon approved guidelines. Studies show light aerobic exercise, such as walking, makes you more energetic and less tired. Maybe you have avoided exercise because you're afraid it will make you feel worse. But the opposite is true. Total rest leaves your body in worse shape. Your weight loss will help. Biking is ok within limits.
