Not after 32 weeks: In general, airlines do not allow international travel after 32 weeks of pregnancy (8 weeks prior to your due date). You can check w/ individual airlines to find out their specific policies. If you do end up flying internationally, it is a good idea to take a copy of your prenatal record with you. And, on the plane, you should walk every 2 hours and move your legs often to help avoid a blood clot.
