I've been having a pinching sensation in my stomach accompanied by black stools. what could be causing this?

Ulcer?: If the black stools are more stinky than usual, it may be blood (stomach acid makes it look black...). See your doc asap. I am especially concerned that you avoid any Aspirin or nsaids (the whole group of them) until this is sorted out.
