Appendicitis?: Could be serious. Go to a urgent care center or er as soon as you can. This could be a medical emergency.

Appendicitis?: If you are not better and it hurts to press in the lower right side of abdomen, i would suggest going to er to make sure its not appendicitis as that is an emergency.
