Hydrocele: These benign cysts are usually scars in the tubing in the scrotum between testicles and prostate. Painless cysts are left alone.

Hydrocele?: Fluid around the testes most likely is a hydrocele. It usually does not cause discomfort. Expectant management is okay. If it has been persistent , increasing in size or uncomfortable possible consideration for repair. Please discuss with your urologist.
