Hyper-pigmentation on my left leg due to mild crps or from fiberglass cast (i had on after foot surgery for 3 weeks, but was removed 8 months ago)?

Skin temperature: When surgery is performed on an extremity, the healing process can take up to a year. During this time there is an increase in circulation of the area. This can cause a red-pink discoloration and can also appear bluish when bathing. Crps typically has discoloration. The one distinct factor in crps is temperature. The involved area is characteristically cool/cold. Temperature will tell.

Both: Casts being placed on for long time can result in skin discoloration. This should resolve in a few days to weeks though. Crps changes typically take longer to resolve and may not resolve suggesting its presence.
