See below : Bronchiolitis and pneumonia can go together and symptoms can persist for weeks but should be slowly improving. If she is worsening or the fevers are increasing then she needs to be seen by the pediatrician as another process could be occurring. She should also be seen if symptoms persist into weeks 3&4 to ensure she is moving in the right direction.

Residual effects: Lower respiratory viruses like RSV often do enough harm to a young infant that they remain wheezy off and on for the first year or so. After age 4 months, they can get some form of cold like illness 5 more times each year. If the kid is otherwise growing & developing, this may just be early LRI effect plus episodic illness. If baby is not growing normally or has other delays, have her rechecked.
