Anxiety : Having to urinate frequently is a common feature in anxiety (of any cause). To stay out of trouble when ever you foresee an anxiety-provoking situation, avoid caffeinated beverages that day, avoid a lot of fluids and go to the restroom immediately before you go to the situation that is likely to cause anxiety.
