Stone?: I presume you mean a kidney stone removed. If so, some mild swelling of the ureter is common postoperatively, and passage of a small clot and some ongoing discomfort is not unusual. Keep well hydrated and this should pass soon. Otherwise be sure to notify your treating urologist of your situation.
