!. Depends on what type of kidney stone you have. You did not say. Ask your Dr what type you have if you do not know. 2. No food will help blood clots in your urine. 3. Once you find the type and what foods get the app Cronometer and track what you are eating. Such as how much sodium and calcium. And drink water enough so your urine is no longer yellow if your Dr. approves.

What you described is not a do it yourself matter and you need to consult a urologist. By dithering you risk causing permanent damage to your kidneys.

I assume you're being evaluated by a urologist to ensure that blood & clots in the urine are caused by a kidney stone and not by other pathology in the kidneys or urinary bladder. If this is all from a kidney stone strain all your urine with a handkerchief & if you collect the stone it can be analyzed at the laboratory. If the stone is too large it will have to be removed by the urologist

The foods to avoid will depend on the type of stone which is determined after it is analyzed. Blood clots and blood are a result of stone irritating the urinary tract. Drink plenty of water, avoid too much protein in diet and stay in the care of a Good Urologist Good luck.
