Black stools: Black stools is a sign of possible gastrointestinal bleeding. In babies some formulas might cause this problem. Have baby evaluated by pediatritian as soon as possible.

Pediatrician: Iron fortified formula may have a darker appearance to the stool. If it is black or very dark, bleeding from the GI tract or upper airway is a possibility. It is important to notify your pediatrician.
