Fear is controllable: It is hard to turn off the fears in our head when we are not sure where the anxiety is coming from. Please go to your: Emergency room or family doctor. You probably have a phobia about death or perhaps ptsd. A mental health professional can be of help to you. You are young and when your doc rules out other conditions the probability of living a long and happy life is high. Peace and good health.
