Ran out of refills for minocycline and derm has yet to approve refills! i'm getting acne like crazy and hyper pigmentation what do i do? ridiculous!

Sorry man: You're relapsed after discontinuing a tetracycline while still taking benzoyl peroxide. This may be time to think about a course of isotretinoin. It's not for the faint-hearted, but this could be what you need. Your primary care physician might cover you over with topical clindamycin.

See your pcp: You pcp may be more available and should be able to manage this for you.
