See doctor: When she has the spots to diagnose it. Could be an allergy, contact dermatitis, other dermatitis or other cause.

See doctor: It may be eczema or heat rash, but there is no way to say accurately what it is without actually seeing it. Your child's pediatrician can diagnose it when he/she sees to bumps.
