Fever can cause: headaches and exhaustion but the bumps are puzzling. Perhaps you could take a picture of the bumps or describe the size,shape,color,itchy,tender,distribution,etc. I'm concerned about an infection,possibly bacterial,that would require antibiotics.You should go see your doc or go to ER for evaluation.R U taking any meds or had this rash before?
