Usually Normal: It means contraction of the adductor muscles of the thigh and inward rotation of the leg elicited by tapping the sole of the foot. It is an upper motor neuron sign that can mean there is some damage to the spinal cord when it is severe. It is often slightly increased in normal people, the other signs (hoffman's and babinski's negative ) suggest that it is a normal finding in you.
