May be not: You had an injury and pain is explainable; however, if you continue to have these pain symptoms along with fever, nausea, vomiting and focal weakness, then you need to go to ed.

Not really: What you are describing is a post-concussive syndrome that usually resolves within 6 to 8 weeks....
