See a dermatologist: At 19 the chances of you having skin cancer are rather low. However, any skin lesion described in this forum needs to have a set of trained eyes on it to make sure there is nothing to worry about. Or to provide appropriate treatment if it looks suspicious.

Needs biopsy: An enlarging or changing mole should be addressed by excisional biopsy. See your dermatologist or plastic surgeon to have it addressed. The obvious concern is a change or dysplasia in a mole which can lead to melanoma.
