Call doctor: A little amount of bleeding at the incision line after a cesarean, is normal. However, it's an impossible diagnosis to make on-line over the internet. The safest thing would be to go to urgent care today, or call doctor on monday for appt. If you develop fever or there's streaks of redness around incision then go to E.R. Right away as that could be a sign of cellutitis infection that can't wait.

Incision or vaginal?: Vaginal bleeding after a c-section is not uncommon. It is not clear if bleeding is from the incision or vaginal. Talk to provider who performed c-section.
