See your Gyn: It is probably unrelated to your 4th c-section, but see your pcp or gyn to evaluate common causes of abnormal bleeding. Hormone imbalance, uterine polyps, fibroids, hyperplasia of the lining, neoplasms- are some of the items your doc will screen for. Initial work-up includes bloodwork, an exam, and pelvic ultrasound with possible endometrial biopsy.
