Post op: If the bleeding is coming from your incision please call your OB doc today. If it is vaginal, it depends on how heavy it is. Most women bleeding almost like a period for 2 weeks after a baby then it lightens up for a week and then week 4 it usually is heavy again as that is your period. Breast feeding will bleed a bit more especially after feeding.

Postoperative bleed?: Postoperative bleeding is common with a lot of procedures but this is rather long. You could go back to the obstetrician who operated on you to give you answers especially if the bleeding is serious. It’s not easy to offer a valid solution on this forum
