I think i have strep throat what should i do?

See your Physician: Go see your physician. If you have a fever treat the fever with tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. Get good rest and stay well hydrated.

Get a throat culture: Go to your doctor or urgent care center and ask if you need a throat culture, after you are examined!

Get strep test: Before you are able get tested try cold drinks, ice pops, warm drinks, honey and/or maybe some Ibuprofen for relief. I would then get tested as soon as possible so you can get antibiotics if you are positive for strep. Feel better.

Get it checked: Strep needs to be treated with antibiotics or you can have serious problems. Get a strep test.
